Great value and good product. I am 6'3 225 lbs and this product works well at my size. I have used it a dozen times no problem yet. Customer service immediately addresses a small damage due to shipping and replaced the problem area quickly. It arrived on time, I assembled by myself which was not difficult. I had an issue with the meter not counting my strokes and called customer service. They were very pleasant and sent a new one out very quickly. Overall very happy but wish the seat was a bit more padded for people with boney butts like me!

Delivered in great shape - no dings & all parts there, but one bumper had broken loose from the blister pack. Assembly was easy, taking 30-45 minutes at a very relaxed pace. Quality is very good. Smooth operation. Light weight and no surprises. Resistance is not adjustable yet you can row harder and faster to increase it. Computer is basic and works perfectly. I use this for a cardio workout and it's exactly what I needed. The one thing you'll need to add is a 1/2” hose clamp to prevent the main fold-away bolt from falling off each time you break it down. This was NOT in the parts or instructions, as if somehow it wouldn't be a problem. I researched a consumer rower for more than a year, hoping to find one for under $350 that had a five-star rating or close to it. That's a tall order. I didn't expect it to be in the Concept class, and I surely didn't want to pay $1,000-$2,000 for it either. But this Stamina 1402 met my criteria and hasn't let me down. I like it a lot, and I'd buy it again.

This is a good machine for home use. Took a little time for my husband to put it together, but the machine works well. Only complaint is we had a little trouble keeping the batteries in the control panel. When the panel was pushed in place, the batteries would fall out. Not a big deal, just aggravating.

I asked for a rower for my birthday and my kids bought me this one. It is a little noisy because its an air rower but it works great! I like that the air blows on me while I'm using it and the faster you row the more resistance you get. I would recommend this rower to anyone who wants a good work out.

2 weeks in, I have no complaints. Make sure you have a place to use it where other people won't have issues with the fan noise though. The harder you work, the louder it gets. I do have some long term wear concerns about the oar strap and handle but time will tell on that. Very solid entry level machine.and when needed, it is very easy to fold up and move out of the way.

I really like my air rower it is easy and just what I needed to complete my daily exercise quota for my fitness tracker. Until my rower I wasn't motivated to complete. The cage was a little bent when I got it but doesn't affect the performance of the equipment.

solid rower. I First stared rowing on the concept 2 years ago (it was the first popular air rowerer from the invetor of the category), and this has a similar good feel. everything is great ecept the electonics, which are not clear and may not be woking except foe the sroke counter. so i will be replacing those. otherwise the workout quality amd the smooth air rowerwr feel, which you just don't get from a magnetic resistence machine, is all there.

I ordered for a Christmas present for my son...first one was damaged and had to be replaced. New one came today and also has some damage. Damage is minor and do not plan to return, but he has not been able to use the machine to see if it even works correctly.

I received an old model from 2013. I contacted the Customer Dpt. regarding the fitness meter not fitting properly into the opening. No one responded to my email. CONS: pedals are too small, machine can tip over if locking nob is not well secure, strap may not be durable. PROS: it takes one to set it up despite two many pieces for a small machine.
