So easy to use and with better than expected results. I only used the InLine Traction Control System 6 times and I have not had any sciatic pain in my right leg since, and the last time I have been pain free like this has been over 5 YEARS!! Thank you for a wonderful product that I would highly recommend.

Like a lot of the others I spent lots of money just for my back. This by far is the best that I have used and one of the cheapest, and easy to use. Any time I want I stretch I hold it for 45 sec. and it seems to help. I walk much better and feel better all around. Well made and will last for many years. I am 64 and hope to golf again...

I was very pleased to find that the product was made to a very high standard and came with very comprehensive instructions. It was easy to put together & the tools came with it. Once assembled it was easy to adjust to fit my size & feels safe to use. I've been using it 3/4 times a day for about two week now and it is starting to help with by condition.

I think you have to be kind of tall to be able to do this machine I'm only five one so when I stretch out my arms don't reach the handlebars so still working on that it's fairly new I just got it trying to keep my feet on the ground but I keep working at it

The In Line Traction Control System is incredible. I have several bulging discs in my lower back and I get Sciatica on my left and right side for months at a time. The 1st time I used it I had immediate relief on the left side. I felt like I had done an hour workout. After a few days I started using it again but slower and not as forceful. It has been a life saver.

As a Physical Therapist for 25 years, I am familiar with most exercises, products, surgeries treatments, etc. As a back pain patient due to idiopathic scoliosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction for 30 years, I have tried just about everything except surgery in various combinations to decrease pain and maintain function. THIS is the BEST home product! Why I LOVE it: Traction without being strapped in or hanging upside down. Complete CONTROL of intensity and location of muscle stretch and joint traction. Highly adaptable to height, weight, and target pain area. Reduced need for muscle relaxers and chiropractic treatments. I can literally walk up to it, bend down, and within 30-60 seconds feel relief from muscle spasms. I can use it anytime, multiple times a day, and go back to what I was doing with much less pain. NO, I wasn't paid to write this... but I will entertain offers. LOL I would highly recommend as a PT that everyone considering purchasing this product PLEASE get the advice of your doctor/chiropractor/PT to make sure that it is appropriate for you. Start gently and get professional advice on the best way to utilize it for your body.

It does what it says. Have had hip and sciatica pain. With consistent use has improved the pain level 80%. The first time using noticed a difference.

I bought it two months ago, I use it twice a day for 3 to 5 minutes and I can feel the release on my muscles immediately. The pain on my back decrease significantly and I am working out again. I will recommend this product for anybody that has low back pain. The only thing I do not like is that my arms get tingling like the circulation stops but as soon as I stand up, my arms are fine. That is why I gave it a 4 score.

I've had this equipment for about 3 weeks now. It was recommended by my physical therapist. I am 78 years old with one disc out of alignment, degenerated discs, and arthritis to boot. This equipment is helping.

I received this in just a few days. Excellently packaged and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it wasn't right for me. I have arthritis, bone spurs and a pinched nerve in my low back and wasn't able to get any relief. It is a nice sturdy piece of equipment and easy to use. From all of the reviews that I read, I'm sure it will be perfect for many.
