Standard Stainless Steel In-Pool Ladder for Above Ground Pools

Very nice ladder, install was very easy

It's working very well.

Assembly difficult because rungs of ladder had excess plastic in holes which had to be shaved with utility knife before metal could be inserted. Otherwise satisfied with product.

Steps need to be made solid and unit should come assembled. Hand rail came dented and now I have to take apart and return. Then order a new one reassemble and it's difficult .

Less than full rating due to difficulty of assembly, otherwise we are very satisfied with the product, price and delivery

Washers were not the right size did not fit! Two stairs are getting weak and feel like they are about to break after one month in the pool!

Holes in the steps are poor design difficult to slide onto handrails I guess for the price not bad there are better choices .

The stainless steel pole had a dent in it. The bottom of the one ladder pole was not round.

Was looking for a replacement ladder for our pool and wanted to upgrade from what we had. We thought by purchasing a more expensive model that we would be getting better quality. The steps are cheap plastic and the stainless steel rails are constructed of really thin material. The sticker on the ladder says that the steps should be replaced every couple of years!! Had I known about this, I wouldn't have purchased this product.

Box was shipped without a dent or scratch, but the product inside had multiple problems. The SS rails were dented, the steps had through holes which did not line up with the corresponding holes in the steel causing the washer to barely fit. Working as a manufacturing engineer, these are all cause and effect of poor manufacturing quality. The balls on the bottom pad also are loose and I'm hoping the day doesn't come when they pop off and leave a hole in my liner. In hindsight I should have spent the extra money for better quality. But it does function as a ladder, it's just cheaply made.
