My best purchase

Sandra May 18, 2026

I love this table so much. It was easy to assemble, it's very stable, and is so convenient. It works just like those meal trays at my local movie theater. I can push it out of the way when I don't need it. I just love it. Best investment I've ever made.

Fits my recliner chair. Works great.

Priscilla March 18, 2026

I really didn't expect this tray to work with my recliner. My son and I just made sure to read instructions and web site carefully. Tilted recliner forward to look closely under the chair and used measuring tape. This fit nicely and it swings around easily. I no longer have to reach and bend to try to work on my laptop from a tv tray that is too far away to be comfortable. My 77-year-old body is sitting upright now. I don't consider the price high for an aid for my aching back.

Pretty cool table I didn't know I needed!

Adgirlksu February 21, 2026

I absolutely love this desk! I have a bad hip and will be having a hip replacement soon. I was unable to set my laptop down on the floor when I had to let me dog out. This has been a game changer for me. Less chance of my computer dropping or falling. It will be very handy when I have my surgery. The only thing I wish is the table was a bit longer so I can put my laptop and portable monitor on same tray. It's just not big enough to do that. I am doing a lot of work from home before my surgery. I did put cup holder on but I don't use it for cups because I can't reach it well, i put my ear bud or digital pen in it or easy reach. Love it! So glad I got it!

The perfect helper.

Sandra May 5, 2026

This table is made very well and is so convenient. The range of motion is excellent and easy to adjust. It took awhile to assemble but was worth it.

Nice but a tad frustrating

Meeka March 18, 2026

Heavy duty and well made. HOWEVER, if you have mobility issues, you're going to need another person to help LIFT UP the chair/couch to put the feet ON the stands feet. If the chair shifts at all, you'll need to reposition it again. Plus, the chair will be at a slight slant. It's frustrating for me as I can barely get on my hands and knees and then lift the dang chair. Really like the swing away tray tho. It doesn't tilt so hard to see tablet or laptop even with a tilting stand. I want to like this, I really do!!!

swivel top , lounge chair TV tray

anonymous May 27, 2025

thin upright post makes it a bit shaky, but a gentle old sole is using it and not in danger. It fits under the uplift lounge chair and is not moving on the rug. I t swivels and rotates smoothly, and tucks up against the person's body, as intended. The maple finish top is nice. It would be even better if it had a tilt up function for reading paper or book.

Not perfect, but very good.

Jim S. May 23, 2023

This tray is sturdy and conveniently adjustable for height, but it is best suited for use with a non-reclining chair or couch that stands on tall, well spread-apart legs that are no more than a few inches inward from the edge of the furniture. My couch has integral recliners on each end and, like almost all furniture of this type, is supported by a perimeter metal frame that is located several inches inward from the edge of the couch and less than an inch from the floor. The short adjustable feet fitted to the frame are relatively close together fore and aft, more so than the tray table is designed to accommodate. As others have mentioned, it would be very helpful if the bars that comprise the two ends of the base were a little shorter, which would allow them to slide a little closer together. I managed to overcome this limitation by removing the plastic stops at the inner end of each base assembly, which allowed the two pieces to slide almost an inch closer together, just close enough to barely fit the edge's of the tray table platform feet under the couch's closely-spaced feet. Also, the front edge of the couch moves forward when the recliner is activated, which necessitates the placement of the main support pole of the tray table to the side of the couch rather than in front of it. To accommodate this placement it would be helpful if the platform feet on which the tray table sits were just a little bit longer, as I was just barely able to position the platform feet close enough to the couch to slide under the couch's feet while still providing adequate clearance from the main support pole when the recliner is activated. As installed the tray is certainly usable, but because the couch's feet are sitting at the very edge of the table trays large platform feet it's a little more wobbly than I would like. I may end up fashioning a piece of plywood to fit under the couch's perimeter frame and lay on top of the tray table's platform feet to allow a little more clearance between the main support pole and the outer edge of the couch and to provide a larger, more stable contact area between the couch and the base of the tray table. Still, all in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Don't Wonder!

JESSICA January 21, 2026

The base and tray are well made. The base is made of metal . I had high hopes while putting it together until I attached the tray. It's a cantilever type of tray so the side without the arm was too too weak for my intended use of writing. It would bend with the weight of my arm. It will hold a plate of food with no issue, but for that price I would invest in something else. Way too expensive for just a lunch tray.

Great lap desk but arrived damaged.

Donna January 16, 2025

The desk does exactly what I need it to do, but it arrived damaged. I would like the top replaced and it would be perfect especially for what it cost.

Missing pieces

The box only had 2 sides with tape intact and pieces were missing. Now I have to deal with returning.
