Stanley 84-058 4 Piece Plier Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pliers are a great set for my toolbox. The handles are thick and easy to grip. They are what I was looking for when I started my remodel job. The handles are easily visible when there are tools scattered around the job site.

They have cut wood, metal, and plastic that I have tried so far. Very good quality product. I have used Stanley products for many years now because its a name I can trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this set. These plier are well made. None of them feel loose, yet they all open and close easily. The teeth are sharp and grip well. The line's man pliers cut through NM cable without trouble. Interestingly, the teeth on the slip joint pliers are cut at a bit of an angle. I suppose it is to help when gripping a rod so the doesn't slip up and down in the pliers. The rubber grips are all reasonable comfortable, but I wouldn't have made that the one feature they make a big deal of on the packaging.

I really enjoyed how it felt in my hands. It was very smooth. Each plier works great. I love that this set comes with 4 individual pliers. Each plier has great qualities of what they can do. The needle nose pliers are my favorite for getting into tight spaces. I love the grips on the tools and I think this set can meet a lot of needs without spending a bunch of money or skimping on quality.
