The cup does a great job keeping your beverage almost a cold as when it came out of the frig for a very long time. I was so impressed with it that I ended up giving them as gifts for Christmas. They are my new go to cups.

My dad likes tempered coffee cups, but not ones with lids. When I found this beer pink I was stoked because it will hold the temperature of his coffee but he doesn't have to be bothered with a lid. This made the perfect Christmas gift for him!

I ordered two of these in two different colors, and while the cups are great, they came in two different sizes. The info on the bottom of the cup states they both hold the same amount of liquid but they do not.

It's a great idea to get custom laser engraving. However, they messed it up and weeks later offered 30% off or a full refund. I don't understand how they can screw up a laser engraving in this day and age. Still no clear path for the refund...

This product is not dishwasher safe. After running it through the dishwasher a number of times (top shelf, normal wash setting), the little circle on the bottom popped out and all the insulation started to emerge. Water got in there, and not it's starting to rot.
