STANLEY FatMax FMHT33865 25-Foot Magnetic Tape Measure

Used and abused this tape for a sold 6 months and never failed me. The recoil got a little weak and magnet got in the way so I retired it for a no magnetic fatmax . The magnets can be a pain sometimes more than helpful so choose wisely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for about a week and find it to be a good solid tape measure. Retraction is good and has a pretty far reach without support. Numbers are nice and large as well. Magnetic tip is smaller than other but still works well.

As a homeowner, I like tools that are easy to use and provide a good value. FatMax from Stanley is all that and more. The tape measure is large and easy to handle - no tape lips or flimsy case to worry about. The tape is wide and sturdy. A breeze to use and it is my go to tape measure.

This thing is great. The magnet on the tip of the tape is strong and makes working by yourself a breeze. The tape itself is strong and doesn't kink like you'd see on the cheapo tape measure you have in your toolbox. My only complaint would be the button to lock the tape is kind of hard to push down. It's probably not the tape's fault, its American made. No one pushes around America. All in all a great unit and a great addition to your toolbox. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

What I like a bout this tape is its durable, easy to locate and with the magnetic feature it has the ability to hold on to metal studs at full extension and not just fall off. It'll also give you the ability to pick up dropped items and retrieve them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I used to really love these tapes but I feel the quality has dropped as the price has. That being said I still have a couple of them floating around that I use everyday

This is a really good tape. I like the stand out length. I. Like how the numbers etc are easy to read. I love the clip....so much nicer then some other brands. Only issue i had was the magnet pulled off I ws ab Le to put it back on, but it possible one could lose it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Tape measure was not magnetic at end as labeled. Other than that it a nice tape. Stand out length is outstanding.
