Great Stanley - but engraving is too small. The custom engraving process was super finicky. I tried multiple attempts uploading the required format, size and file type and multiple times would have the file upload rejected with no specific steps needed to correct the upload?? I had ChatGPT create a steel engraving ready png format at least 7 times. The file size was under 10mb as required and the upload continued to get rejected. And then at the end of the day - the output image on the actual stanley came out so small. Disappointing.

“Stanley” rubbed off in less than 30 days. Hand washed only with soft cloth. First time this had happened with this company, but we haven’t purchased in a few years.

The screw in lid design is terrible. I can't get the straw to line up properly with the handle. This pretty much makes unusable. A press-in lid would be a much better design.
