Stansport Medium-Duty Rip-Stop Tarp 8' x 10' - Forest Green

I bought a couple of these for some bug-out bags. My plan is to use them as covers for hammocks or other general tarp needs. You never know when that one storm comes by and removes half your shingles and some contractor is trying to sell you a 200 dollar tarp. 8x10 is a good size for all kinds of emergency needs. This is just cheap insurance and made sesnse to me to purchase.

best price I've found for a sturdy tarp of this size, really like the green as opposed to the usual blue, needed it to cover load of wood until I could get it all in the shed at least the color is not an eye sore like the blue tarps. Seems very sturdy and will use again next season

Good size, good quality. It is very durable and perfect to make a mini tipi tent if needed

Strong and sturdy against wind and hot sun. Provided ample shade and I also used it to cover my tent since did not want to have a wet tent during a light drizzle and it got the job done. Gave it 4 stars because it has a super strong rubbery chemical smell when I opened it. I had to let it sit out in the sun to remove some of the smell. Hopefully after numerous uses and being washed by the rain, the smell goes away. Love the metal reinforced holes so I could easily stake them into the ground without having to pierce the tarp.

I bought this tarp to out as a groundcloth for my tent. It was just the perfect size. It was a little thinner than what I was originally looking for. But the price is great and the grommets actually seem pretty sturdy and not cheap. I used camping this past July 4th weekend and it poured rain. I was worried that since I bought a cheaper option water would seep through my floor. When I went to move my tent and the ground was flooded but my tent was dry and the tarp did an excellent job of protecting my tent.

the pillows were too thin and way too small. it keeps you warm unless its below the recommended temp. id put more layers under and above you.

It has strong reinforced edges, which I really like. I think it will hold up well in the hot Arizona summer.

Bought this tarp as to cover my tent. It is very thin and light and for me that is perfect! Did not want a heavy duty tarp as it is only going to be used when I am camping. That said if you are looking for a heavy duty tarp that you plan to cover something with and leave for a long period of time this is not the best choice. You get what you pay for. Conclusion: nice thin light tarp, nice color, great for occasional use,reasonable value, durability highly suspect, UV breakdown/color fade unknown

poor construction and VERY thin material. Definitly not medium strength. Also, after 1st use, found 2 metal grommets on ground.
