Hanging File Folders.
I always use Staples Reinforced Hanging Folders. They are much stronger and colorful when you are using them. Especially in a folder holder. Much better than the original hanging folders.

Staples 100% Recycled Reinforced File Folder
I gave the letter size standard green file folder to my husband to use which he is using. They serve the purpose for which he needed them for which he wanted to create individual file folders for various files.
