Staples #8 5/8" Check-Size Double Window Security-Tint Gummed Envelopes 500/BX 438614

We used to get checks returned because the post office could not read the address through the window of the legal size envelopes. (Checks would move around in the bigger envelopes.) Since we started using the check size we don't have a problem. Would recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

I've used many envelopes before but these are absolutely the greatest! They hold stuff and if you seal them the stuff doesn't fall out en route! They're white but you can't actually see through them because of the awesome security features - but cleverly there's a window in the front that you *can* see an address through (pro tip: make sure the recipient address lines up with the window before you seal the envelope). The people I send stuff to also love them (especially if it's a check inside!). Buy with confidence!

Exactly what we were looking for but because it didn't say "Quickbooks" Voucher Check Envelope we had a tough time knowing if it was the one we needed. I understand if you can't put that name but I'm sure you'd sell a lot more if you did. Also save people time

We love the envelopes... 2 address windows spare us from having to write both recipients' and senders' addresses or create separate labels for them the printed addresses on the document show nicely through but sensitive medical info inside is completely hidden thanks to the scramble patterns lining the inside of envelopes.

These are great quality envelopes. They fit our accounts payable checks so we use a fair amount of them. I'd like to see an option for self-sticking on this size. That may already exist but I've got these on re-order. If you need windowed envelopes these are a great pick. Price could be a little lower but you don't want low quality in a check envelope.

I run a pool service business and these envelopes are perfect for my monthly billing - one small lick and these envelopes seal easily and securely - a bit expensive this time - usually able to find a better deal at Staples but this is a trustworthy product.

The envelopes are being returned. Today was first day I tried them. Out of 1st 10 7 were stuck together and only by tearing them will they come apart. Maybe in box too tight?? But the glue is already stuck to the envelope and can not be opened. I have used other envelopes from Staples and they were OK. This is the first time for this size and I will not get them again.

This is the second box of these in which all the envelopes have the corners stuck together making it necessary for us to poke our fingers in the inside bottom corners loosening them in order to get the document inside. Price is good but they're a pain to use. Need to try a different brand next time.

Not a good envelope. They will not stay closed when moistened and sealed. Terrible! I had to add scotch tape. Doesn't seem to be enough adhesive on the envelopes or something.

Its very disappointing that the majority of the envelopes require a struggle to open them fully at its edges. they are often gummed closed. often the envelope gets ruined when trying to separate the gummed edges. I will consider another brand next time
