This is actually one sides carbon paper that makes it obvious which side is up. Interesting that although it is a Staples product it is only available mass-market via Walmart

I was so surprised I found carbon paper. It's the old fashioned way of keeping a copy of something you are handwriting. Love it!

Finding the carbon paper at my local Staples was actually a funny affair. I do woodworking and needed to get some of "that paper that allows me to transfer patterns to the wood". I called it "transfer paper" "tracing paper" "graphite paper" and everything except "carbon paper". I had quite a bit of folks looking at me like I was looney!!! Back in the day when typewriters abounded carbon paper was well known. Now not so much. I did find it. I am happy!!!!

Very good packets of carbon paper in this purchase. Not many companies use this product but we need the paper to make a copy while in the field. The paper is strong and makes a substantial amount of copies per sheet. It is easily recycled with the general paper trash. No smudging or messy work with this paper. All our field staff are very happy with this product.

I am grading the product as a 5 because it is so great for tracing designs onto anything. I do however wish it was available in smaller packages as all I found was a pkg of 100 sheets. They are reusable and will certainly last my lifetime+ I am in my late 70s.

I needed the carbon paper to type out a few IRS 1099 forms. Staples was the only place that I could find it in stock at a store convenient for me. I was surprised at first but I guess that Staples figured it out before me that the IRS was not providing carbonized forms. It worked fine. The last page of the four part form was very legible and actually cleared than the IRS carbon forms even though I reused the same sheets a few times. I had to shred the carbon paper since all of the sensitive information was visible. I only gave it four stars because I only needed a few sheets. I used three sheets out of the hundred. I am sure that the package will be around longer that me.

the carbon paper worked very well. the reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I had to buy 100 sheets of it as nothing else was available and I didn't need that large a package. There should be smaller options available as the need for carbon paper is limited these days.

I would have given this carbon paper 5 stars if it didn't have all four corners cut off at 45 degree angles. The paper is being used to trace art from books and printed out 8.5 x 11 inch photos onto 8.5 x 11 inch pieces of plywood for wood burning. Many of these pictures and drawings have details in the missing areas in the corners. This forces us to untape the picture from the wood to move the carbon paper to include the corners. The carbon paper itself does a fine job as long as you don't need to trace something in the four corners. I don't own a typewriter so I don't know how it plays out when typing.

This was the poorest quality carbon paper I've ever encountered and I have used a lot of it. I was using it to transfer artistic designs but it was of such poor quality the design did not come through. Carbon paper has probably become a thing of the past on its own now but this product would certainly clinch the deal.
