If you haven't tried these folders then you don't know what you are missing. Get some today. Its so nice to have a transparent folder that actually outperforms a standard paper folder. These folders are sealed at the bottom and have an additional flap on the top. So they are nearly envelopes. Your paperwork isn't going to slip out. But you can pull past the flap to easily load tons of paperwork. Ever spilled a drink on your desk? These protect your paperwork too... Sometimes its the simple things that make a big difference.

I downsized all of my business and household files from classification folders to these clear folders. What I found is I needed to slim the contents and these TRU RED clear file folders are perfect. I am also purchasing the 15/16 x 3 7/16 removable Avery file folder labels for extra large type for easy visual identification retrieval and use. These are sturdy and really help in getting files to the essentials of what is needed to keep. I use these for my business files project files household warranties legal docs decorating project and they take up much less space compared to paper folders and do not attract the little bug that likes paper. My documents are simply - better organized easier to recognize and manage. This product is worth the purchase. Now I can keep projects well organized and readily accessible at a glance. They easily fit in a tote a briefcase a carry bag etc with easy in and out of bag access or in and out access from a bankers box. I have been able to reduce the physical footprint of my files improve organization by organizing specific elements of a project instead of a larger folder with everything. It's faster easier and more efficient. Translucent/clear folders are smart and effective. If they contain something sensitive I print a cover page with big bold lettering and slip in the front. Handy.

These clear tabbed folders are great for organizing different parts of a project all in a larger project folder. The see-through cover makes it easy to identify the contents and read the top page without opening the folder. I also use them to store all travel trip materials in one place. Again the clear cover allows me to see the current flight details or itinerary without opening. They are sturdy enough to reuse many times if you use removable labels.

I like the fact the file folders are made of plastic. They should last longer than paper. I don't like that one side is open.

It's probably ok for most people. It is translucent / clear but I wanted something super clear which it is not exactly...
