I do events for our Hospice group, and I needed large spoons for chili. These were wonderful! They were large enough to hold the very meaty chili but not too large to fit in the mouth. They are very sturdy! I am going to keep an inventory of these spoons for future events.

Title says it all! I have been buying Dixie heavyweight plastic utensils for use at work for years just came across these took a chance very impressed! I will continue to buy these as long as they are a value compared to Dixie heavyweight plastic utensils.

Although these spoons are way better than standard teaspoon sized spoons that are commonly available, they are by no means something I would use to eat or scoop something very viscous or sticky. Also, they are almost as short as a cheap plastic teaspoon, so even with the larger bowl on the end, it is awkward to use as a 'large' spoon, which this is certainly not. The plastic is rigid but not brittle like some disposable cutlery can be. Not too bendy and not too breaky. Just right!
