Staples Plastic Accordion File 13-Pocket Letter Size Black (TR51807)

A durable accordion file. It comes with precut paper tabs so each bin can be labeled. A good elastic band and metal hook on the cover to keep everything secure inside when it's closed. I use it to keep records for our condo association and it is very convenient to use.

Smaller storage than I expected. Would be good for small accounts, otherwise it is built accordingly to appearance.

Just what I was looking for at this time for someone

Exactly what I needed to help me get organized. You can put multiple files in this organizer and label the side then store it on a book case. Excellent for large projects or just to sort papers with. Very sturdy and really reasonable. I recommend this.

This accordion folder looks like it will function well for my needs. The drawback I have found is that it does not come with tabs that can be used to mark each compartment's contents. I will have to cut out tabs of the correct size myself to fit into the small tab section of each folder.

I get one every year to house monthly receipts invoices & Statements for my businesses. They are very durable & keep items organized monthly. My only complaint is that the plastic binder is tough & is hard to keep open even after bending it over backwards. I can live with it tho. Inexpensive cost effective Storage & Organization.

Expands but only at the top not at the bottom so when it's full it will not stand up but tip over. Also the dividers are not fastened to the bottom so small papers (like credit card receipts) could slide under the divider and not be in the divider you expect them to be.
