Staples Plastic Accordion File 7-Pocket Letter Size Black (TR51820)

I had auto insurance quotes, contractor estimates, shopping offers, tax documents, household budgets, last year's journal, medical documents, and this year's journal strewn all about. It was very annoying when on the phone having to find tjhe right document to reference. I finally came to my senses and shopped Staples, where I found this item that is very affordable, sturdy, and has partitions for all of my documents.

I have to admit, this is a pretty good expando folder for what i need and what i need it to do. I holds my tablet well too.

This seven-pocket folder is a good size for those who might use a short-form tax return manuals for appliances vehicle records or keeping receipts. I found it not spacious enough for year's worth of tax records however for the price it has many other uses.

Perfect! Resistance and it holds a lot of documents and folders.

The 7 pocket system allows me to file bills by category: credit cards utilities etc.The generous front pocket allows me to keep unpaid bills in one place along with my budget book where I record the amount of each bill as it is paid. The file is sturdy and easy to take with me/ move from room to room.

This was perfect for people who do marketing and on the go business. The front fits bulk marketing and or a tablet and there are enough individual dividers to keep hiring paperwork photo releases and more. The clasp in front secured the items—even tossing it in the back seat it stayed closed. Excellent purchase for folks on the go.

Goodbye overstuffed school folder hello organization. So glad I finally got one of these and I should have years ago. Kids don't want to bring big binders home but need a way to keep things straight. This is perfect not too bulky and with a place for pencils too.

Positive:I like the 7 pocket accordion file. It has a bonus zippered net pocket that is convenient for smaller things ( pens pencils checkbook etc.). It also has enough room for file folders which I Find to be more convenient than just putting papers in the pockets as an alternative to file tags. Negative : it is a little too stiff and the bottom is doesn't stay open. It kept falling over on me. I thought the price was a little too high for the material. (I bought two )
