Good pens. I bought them because I read somewhere that it's harder for people to erase gel ink on checks, which I still use. Smooth writing and feels good in the hand
These pens write as well as the name brands that are considerably more expensive. Keep up the good work Staples.u
Writing is so smooth just like if not smoother than a name brand.
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the pen to write but once I did I have been very satisfied. I am sure that my checks will not be stolen and rewritten because these pens write strong and firm
Pens don't appear to have a full load of ink. Time will tell when I see how long it lasts. But for limited usage so far, ink has gone down more than it should.
When you open after resting sometime they write good. But if you continue to take notes after 15 minutes or so the ink gets lighter and lighter and eventually you end up just scratching the paper. And I'm attending 2 to 3 hours sessions at a time! These are not good for me.
I bought these because store shelf was empty of Pilot brand gel pens.
Alas, these gel pens are not reliable. The ink doesn't flow well, or it skips. One of the pens actually squeaked as I wrote. I thought I was saving money but it was a waste.
I wanted a pen to write checkes with. These pens are too thick and make it impossible to write in the small lines in a checkbook register. I chose the THIN pen to replace it. And it works very well. Same make different model.
Pens look like the BIC, but they are not the same. It is hard to write with. This is like fooling the customer.
