Great for those like me healthy eaters. Can eat for lunch or dinner . The taste is great.

Like most instant noodle cups, if you add enough water to reach the fill line, the broth isn't strong enough. I add 1 tsp of beef, chicken, or vegetable bouillon granules, fill the cup to a quarter of an inch below the line, let it sit for five minutes, and it's perfect. It has a rich peanutty, coconutty, slightly curryish flavor, and it's a little bit spicy-hot. The noodles aren't memorable, but at least they're healthier than instant ramen noodles (which are delicious but deep fried!).

I have had both Creamy Coconut and Savory Peanut instant soup bowls and love them! The first time I used the paste, I was thrown off as I didn't mix it well enough, but now I know the secret and these are THE perfect vegan, gluten free, healthy quick meals for a mommy on the go. I love how tasty the bowls are, I always fill hot water (sometimes broth) a little less than the line they provide so I can really enjoy the flavors. I can whip these up during conf calls (and mute the call during my disruptive slurps) or for a quick fix before I pick up the kids from school. And when I need something a little heartier, I add some tofu and veggies. The ingredients are so clean and it's simply the tastiest and most convenient meal I can turn around in under 5 minutes. LOVE THESE!

I'm Vietnamese and have eaten a lot of pho in my life. Have made some on occasion too, babysitting it for 8 hours to cutting some time via other methods. I can't say this is actually pho. It has a tiny hint of it and is pretty decent soup and flavor, but not what I would call pho. Some other instant pho are more convincing. So if you're going in expecting it to be authentic, you'll be disappointed, otherwise it's a good low calorie snack. You can dress it up by adding the paste and noodles into a cup of boiling water and adding in some thinly sliced onions and green onions. Add sliced beef or tofu if you want more protein.

The noodles were dark brown and too chewy. The broth flavor was bad too, it tasted like dirt or raw potato. Nothing like a good peanut sauce or any pho broth I've ever tasted.

Does not taste like pho at all and it does not taste good. All you can taste is peanut butter. Otherwise, the noodles are very bland.

There's a lot about the packaging to love, but for someone who loves pho, what's inside is inedible. The flavors are flat and the aftertaste is gross.

No flavor at all. Basically a plain peanut butter paste in hot water. Very disappointed. I love Pho, but this? This is, Simply flavorless. For this being made by women, you'd think this might actually be good. But nope. It's back to the kitchen with you.
