Yes it cleans, but after two applications and a power rinse the scum marks are still there.

If it sounds too good to be true it likely is. I purchased this product expecting to scrub but it was absolutely worthless. I have a waxed fiberglass hull that had been in a TN lake for a week. The typical scum line. The power washer using water only did a much better job.. I read the reviews, they have to be bought and paid for. I don't remember when I have purchased a product that did not work at all. In my opinion a scam, save your money!!!!
