Star Brite 87104 Epoxy Repair Stick 4oz Putty Stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a camper and like to keep a tool bag stocked with everything we may possibly need while away from home. This epoxy putty stick is a great product to have. We got to the campground and got out water and power hooked up and not even 15 minutes after being at the campground we had a major water leak! We were able to get the water disconnected so we could figure out how to fix the leak and found this epoxy putty to be out best option. We applied the putty and let it sit for about 30 minutes before we had to hook up the water line again. Once the water line was running again there was no leaks! The epoxy putty had sealed the break in the line and was no longer leaking any water! It was pretty impressive to see how fast and effective the epoxy putty worked in such a stressful situation for us. This will always be in out camper when we travel now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this epoxy to fix original bathroom tile in a 1939 home. Some of the small floor tiles were chipped, and cracked. One time was missing. I was able to mix a small amount of the epoxy putty to restore the original shape of the tiles. It also was able to be rolled and pushed into cracks. Sadly, it cannot restore very small cracks. I also recreated one tile entirely from the epoxy putty. After restoring all it the tiles, and mimicking a bit of grout, I painted the entire floor with garage floor paint. Between the epoxy putty and thick paint it now appears that we have a perfect bathroom floor. This was a rewarding product to use, but it would be nice if the putty could be worked with a bit longer before hardening. Also, if there is a mistake it is extremely had to sand down. I recommend practicing before attacking a final project if there is no room for error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually use this on our Jeep radiator. It had a small hairline crack in it where it was leaking and as long as you let it cure a little extra time maybe 24 hours it actually sealed the leak quite well surprisingly. So good reviews here

This epoxy stick can work on a variety of material but so far it has proven to be a lifesaver on our fiberglass boat.

Roll or knead in hands,it will turn white when ready to use. Apply to damaged area,sets in five minutes. It lasts permanently, but can also be used for a temporary fix. It bonds with wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass, ceramic, glass,concrete and more. Works on dry, damp, wet and even underwater projects.

I love how easy this is to use with the provided instruction and how fast this works. You need to make sure you work quickly because you have 7 minutes before it starts to harden and completely hardens within 30 minutes and can be sanded in 1 hour. The only thing that I would definitely recommend is to make sure you keep your fingers wet otherwise it is very sticky. I like how easy this molds and forms to where I need it to go, making it so easy to fill in cracks and holes. I love that this can be used on so many different materials from fiberglass to wood to metal to plastics. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is in need or a quick repair as you will not be disappointed in the epoxy putty stick.

As I don't want to invest a ton of money in something I don't own this is phenomenal. It works extremely well thus far without any problems. The only drawback I have is my arthritis and the hard consistency of product but once it's in place. Voila problem solved

I don't know if it will last over the long term but it was very helpful to have on hand in a pinch. I didn't use it on a variety of materials so can't comment on that, but we were satisfied with the bond on aluminum.
