I couldn't believe how fast the order was processed and delivered . Literally got it in 4 days from order date! Couldn't be happier . I'm still waiting on packages from other sites that I ordered a week before this order

I ordered this a few months ago for my daughter's birthday party. When I received it I just peeked in the box to make sure it was the correct item and put it in a closet as it is a surprise for her. I took it out to assemble tonight before her party tomorrow and the item was clearly used and repacked. The cutout was just laid back in the outer cardboard and plastic wrapped. For the price this is absolutely unacceptable. If you are going to sell used products it should be described as such. Very disappointing.
