Deep Space Nine has always been one of my favorite shows. I've always loved it. Now that I have it on DVD, I can watch it anytime I want!

I was happy to get this at a great price

I received this DS9series in just a few days. The package was sealed "new." The first issue I found was in simply playing the videos. There is no "PLAY ALL." You have to scroll back to the main menu after every episode. The next thing I found is that the forward and backwards skips often do not work. Trying to go back or forward sometimes is an issue.

NO ANSWER FROM SELLER: Replacement DVDs So far, I have watched Season 1-5 with two (2) DVDs that "stick" and wo 't play. How do I get replacements? Season 3 disc 3 Season 5 Disc 4

Fast shipping. The first 12/13 DVDs worked well mostly. Unfortunately disc 14 made a severe rattling noise in the player and would not play. :-( I have not tried the rest. Is there a way to get refund on one disc?

I love this show, it is why i purchased it. THE DISKS WERE UNREADABLE! I got error after error. Only 3 disks in total would play. There was a strange smell and my machine made loud strange noises as it tried to read. Before you critize, my machine works just fine. I tried other disks to be sure. There were multiple disks with deep scratches. It was very dissappointing.

I wasted 109.98 tax on this series. I so far have only gotten through season 1 with 5 of 6 discs not playing properly-they are covered in scratches and sticky residue upon opening, skip, scramble, and/ or cut off. Others in the cases appear to have the same damaging scratches. I have purchased numerous series through W-M online since my husband passed a few months ago to occupy my time and have not yet opened some of them and now dread opening them as there may be problems with these additional purchases. When I contacted W-M about another series that just had one bad disc, I was told the selection was no longer available for replacement. I cannot wait for another excuse for poor quality of purchase and being unable to obtain replacement for something I really wanted to see. I am confined to wheelchair, so it is virtually impossible for me to send items back. I expected quality control for items ordered through W-M that would not have to be returned. This has been a very disheartening experience.

This is sold as a new “real” dvd set, but it's a counterfeit. Some of the discs won't play, some have weird smudges on them out of the box, and the picture and sound are clearly not DVD quality.

Will not play. Keeps reading as data. Even bought a new blu ray player thinking that might be the problem. Still wont play correctly
