Very much fun
No setup is a plus- im heavy set but it supports my back well. Im positive ill be able to reach my goals

Great excerise from a small power ful machine
I like this machine for workout. U do eight excerises and your workout is done in 30 mins It has excerises for your abs, stomach, buttocks, arms and inner thighs. Easy to use and it has three settings of level power fir u to choose from

Good product
Well made, works well for easy abdominal exercise, for elderly me. Can be seated, sufficient and adjustable resistance, can be used on floor or even chair.

Stability
Poor balance keeps wanting to flip over and slide across the floor that causes you to have to stop every few minutes and put it back in place and if not careful when it flips you could get hurt but if you can figure out how to stabilize it it does work
