Gets the job done.
I bought this item to assist with sit ups, does just that perfectly! I'm 145 lbs, I'm not sure it would be feasible for someone much heavier. It's a very lightweight piece of equipment. Would definitely recommend

The resistance level is too small for strenuous activities.

Got injured
The foam part on the arm spun around while I was pushing down, causing my arm to slip and now my arm is swollen with a large bruise. Very poor design.
