This is in no way the fault of the driver letbme make that crystal clear. the driver was great. this has to do with you putting items that show avaliable to putchace that do not exist in your store. so i really wanted thos item and went though the process of ordering it to be dilivered and paid the extra to have it delivered fast. but you didnt have the item you said you did and i ordered. so you decided to send me somethkng i didnt want instead. As a person who works logistics your invetoru suppy syst you have is so woefully not just inadequate it seems its purposly misleading. i will never order from your store again. how can you put things on your site for purchase and then when people pay for them you dont have them so you give them something else. Imagine if your doctor did that?
