The details of this action figure are amazing. Also, the mobility it has creates a multiple poses you see in the TV show. Mi son creates his own adventures based on what se has seen on TV and comics.

I bought this for my grandson. He had been trying to order for weeks, only to be too late. Quantities had been depleated. Since I am up several times during the night, I would try to purchase every time I was up. After several days, I was finally able to buy one for him. Timing was drfineatlly theanswer. Shipping was AWESOME. The package arrived in three days. Truthfully, great experience. Thank you, Hasbro.

I bought this about a month ago, with HTS being the only place having them in stock so early. The overall design lends to the feeling of getting your money's worth. New equipment (pauldron, kama/gun belt, helmet), unique aesthetics (hashmarks and kitbash armor in-universe for the character), as well as the new face printing technology deliver just about all you could ask for with this character. It displays well in a number of configurations which increases play value. If you don't like this figure, then you probably didn't care for the character in the first place, or maybe got a QC error. I can't see anyone who sees it and wants it, not liking it once they get it.

The product is a reissue of the original Captain Rex, and it had its issues with articulation then. The same holds true on this original reissue, but it's the only Captain Rex in the Black Series. The price (since the reissue for retail price is long gone) is as about as good as you're going to get, which is between $40-$45. If you are an in the Box collector, you will be disappointed, because mine was not in the best shape, but I am not an in the Box collector. This may be due to the seller selling it from their inventory through Walmart, and this last one in store. So people at that location were probably a little rough with the box when they were window shopping. But overall, I got what I expected, and am happy with the parchase. It did take a long time to get to my house, so if time is something of thing to you, unless you pay for rush delivery, it took two weeks for me to get this item in my hands.

I take away one star from this figure due to the lack of detail and paint application put into the helmet piece. While the new photo tech is superb, along with the improved articulation and detail, I wish that the same attention was given to the helmet for Captain Rex. If my figure did not have missing paint and have a complete painted black visor, I would easily give this a high rating. However, no matter how much these figures improve, there's always something left out, overlooked, or something more to fix. Still, this is by far the best figure in the Black Series line; even with the mistakes I found in my figure.
