The medium blends tend to be a little more roasted than I like, but this one was balanced perfectly. There were subtle sweet notes and it drank more like a light roast. We recently tried the Starbucks Breakfast Blend K-Cup pods for our Keurig machine at home. This coffee is medium roast blend with a hint of brown sugar and sweet orange and it is fresh and delicious from the comfort of our home! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I thought it would be a lighter roast because I usually like breakfast blend because it is a lighter roast. The flavor was great and it had a nice blend of sweet and savory. The aftertaste was also pleasant and didn’t last longer than it should. It was a bit stronger than I prefer. I like a nice hint of strength but not like I’m drinking black coffee especially when I add a sweetener and creamer. It’s definitely a Starbucks blend, and I think it’s good. But a little more intense then I enjoy.
