all I can say is I love this stuff. mix it with some coffee and finish it off with soy milk and heat it up to desired temperature and sit back and enjoy! Wouldn't have to walk as much had I not discovered this!

I love hot chocolate and this is the best currently. Not too sweet. Bits of chocolate awesome. Only thing better would be if I can find dark cocoa hot chocolate without added sugar so I can sweeten it myself. Tip: try adding to oatmeal cooked in milk

Starbucks Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa is the best! Love the convenient packets. Perfect 8oz. serving of a nice cup (not too sweet) hot chocolate. The “decadent bits of chocolate” melt, making the last gulp a yummy and satisfying slurp!

I was expecting a little more chocolate flavor since it is a Starbucks brand. I did add a little cocoa powder to the mix and it improved it to what I expected.

I particularly didn't like the taste. I was expecting more since I associated the flavor with the same flavor as the one you purchase in the store. It could have been that I didn't know how to properly make the hot chocolate but for whatever reasons it didn't meet my expectations. It was very bitter and since I'm a diabetic I didn't want to add sugar.

I was disappointed and surprised. I thought that the brand was supposed to be of high uality. It had an odd flavor and left a bitter aftertaste. Although it seems to dissolve, when I finish the cocoa there is a hard residue attached to the bottom of the cup which has to be scrubbed off. The only good point is that it isn't overly sweet.
