I am very particular about my coffee and this Starbuck's Sumatra is my go to daily cuppa. It is a little more pricey than other brands of Sumatra but no other brand compares. If you love your coffee smooth, bold without bitterness with an amazingly intoxicating earthy aroma whilst brewing and the most satisfying first morning sip this is your only need. Whether whole bean or ground you won't be disappointed. Any and every coffee is super expensive due to current tariffs and the fact that all coffee outside of Hawaiian companies are imports. Due to remoteness, exorbitant land costs, labor rates, production costs %26 logistics Hawaiian companies can not compete and it is the rare person who can afford to purchase domestic coffee in this economic climate. So Walmart knows they have us over a barrel not being able to afford to buy American in protest. Walmart is definitely making it difficult to purchase from them at a price of $14.47 per 18 0z bag when not too long ago it was under $10. I will not be purchasing it from Walmart until they are more competitive with their pricing. I am presently purchasing it from another major online retailer for almost $4 less per 18 oz bag which includes free delivery. That is a significant difference. The brand and flavor is definitely worth every penny but these days the pennies don't stretch very far. Walmart can most certainly afford not to gouge their customer on what has become a daily staple. Walmart is comparable in size and scope to the other online retailer and it is disappointing to know they have the ability but not the will to remain competitive to retain sales. For that reason alone I will not purchase it from them until the day they put loyalty and customer appreciation over comparatively unnecessary obscene profits. DO BETTER WALMART Your consumers are not unintelligent
This is one of my favorite flavors but way too expensive. The taste is great you just have to use 3 tablespoons of coffee for a 12 oz cup so you can taste the flavor or it’s too weak. I rather a medium blend anyway
I love flavored coffee so I thought I'd give this a try and I'm so glad I did! It smells incredible and tastes even better! It's fresh and very smooth, not bitter at all!
The Sunsera is a good friend to migraine sufferers everywhere. As a light roast, it has more caffeine, and it's so mellow that you can chug it even if you're feeling queasy without a funky aftertaste. Woohoo! Functionality: on point. The taste: Light and smooth, but with a sharp edge (this is not a bad thing). It's very easy to drink one cup after the other—cold or hot—but it positively shines if you add a little vanilla extract, then wait to let the flavors bloom. Sets off the hint of toasted almond nicely. It's a little black dress: versatile enough that you can dress it up however you'd like and it'll look good.
I love chocolate, and I love a good cup of coffee, and Starbucks is the only coffee company that I know of that grinds real cocoa beans into their coffee!! The funny thing is that I really did NOT like Starbucks at all before trying their Mocha flavor. Now I can't start my day without it!!
Wonderful roast Starbucks ground coffee. This blend is strong and has a great punch. Add creamer and you are in coffee heaven! The grind is medium and my drip coffee maker made a nice string cup of coffee on the "bold" setting. Starbucks doesn't leave that bitter aftertaste like some others and never disappoints me. Stay inside on a cold morning and enjoy!
Great Price online. So happy I did this order. Order came exactly and even a little earlier than was expected. Thank You Walmart because now I can have my favorite coffee again. It has gotten too expensive in the stores and I am tired of searching around looking for the sales. I stoked up with 6 bags so I am set for a bit ;-)
Coffee that wears a sunflower was a blessing when there are thousands of coffee products everywhere sometimes you just let the choice be in the design on the cover.
I love good, strong coffee! I drink a 10 cup pot by myself daily! I got it at a wonderful Walmart sale price, so I ordered a case of it. I figured it's 'Starbucks'! How could I go wrong?! Well, it is sold as House Blend 'Medium Roast,' but this stuff is definitely NOT medium roast!! It is dark and it is brute! I was really surprised at how dark roasted it is! I would consider it French roast. It's delicious with a bit of extra cream, a little splash of milk and sweetener added to make it a little lighter. It makes a really, wonderful iced coffee! Enjoy!
Holy gods. I bought this during a rare sale and this tastes exactly like that awful Cafe B* coffee that smells and tastes like it belongs in an engine. I checked the date to make sure it was fresh and it was. This has to be a bad batch. I’ve had thousands of cups of this blend and I’m hoping there wasn’t a formula change. I purchased two bags and I’m bummed. If it wasn’t shipped directly by Walmart, I would wonder if this was some type of weird knock-off attempt. lol geesh.
