These knives are everything was hoping for. They are very sharp and well made. The cover fit tightly on the knives which allows me to store them safely. I do wash by hand, not sure if they could go in dishwasher. The different colors are handy as I can assign a different color to chicken, fruit etc. if you have the flexible colored cutting boards you can even color coordinate! Would purchase again.
We love these knives. Very sharp. The size is perfect for cutting fruit, trimming meat, and many other uses. They have held up well for the several months that we have had them. The cover slides in perfectly.

Sharp, cute, covers, blades are the same color as the sheath
Started out liking the shields for each knife and how sharp they were. Now, six months later, they are pretty dull but I do still like the plastic blade shields.
These knives will work in a pinch. As far as everyday paring knives—nope—not sharp enough.
