I was in need of a food scale to help me with my weight loss goals. This scale is awesome. It weighs in ounces and grams. It also has the zero button which is excellent for when I have to measure something in a dish. It is easy to clean and it doesn't take up much space. 10/10

Love this scale! It's so precise and easy to use. Will always remember the person who gifted it to me some years ago. It's not just a real good scale but the great memories it brings of an elderly neighbor who enjoyed my cooking and baking when she was still with us.

Very easy to use. Low profile, so you're not constantly knocking things off of it. It measures in pounds/ounces as well as grams; also measures fluid ounces. Initially I purchased the scale because I needed it to prepare a specialized diet for my rescue dog. Surprisingly I have come to rely on it for so much more. I use this scale several times daily for food preparation, and not just for the dogs anymore. I'd really be lost without it now.

I've had the electronic kitchen scale for nearly three years, and it still works as great as the day I bought it. Starfrit products never let me down and are so ingenious, at very affordable prices. My favourite feature on this scale is the 'tare' function which enables me to set my bowl on the scale, then reset it to zero so I'm much more confident with my measurements.

I bought this to get used to portion control. Love the different weight settings on it!

Bought it about 6 months ago. Was hesitant, but very happy now. I had a different brand before and the buttons stopped working after just a couple of month. This model has like real "mechanical" buttons, not sense/touch like buttons, which I believe makes it more durable. And what I also like compared to that other brand that I had before is that the battery doesn't die so quickly. Honestly, I don't think I had changed it in 6 months. But other brand I had I had to change a battery like almost every month, and that was just annoying and ridiculous. I am happy with my purchase!

I bought this electronic kitchen scale because I needed a scale that weighs in grams. I like how it was easy to use and I like the tempered glass, which adds to the stylishness of it. I noticed in the details it mentions it requires three (3) AAA batteries. However, the scale that I bought requires one (1) 3V lithium cell battery, so some may be different. Mine came with the battery, which was nice, because then I was able to use it right away. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Auto Shut off is a problem for me. I add flour to liquid and want a weight measurement. I have to add it slowly and stir as to avoid lumps. The auto-shutoff will activate so I lose the weight sometimes. Now I record the initial weight just in case. Other than that it works great. I have used it for at least a year and more than once a day on average and the batteries are still working.

Great product, does its job flawlessly. Sometimes hard to clean so it's better to use a container and use the convenient tare function. The battery spring came off and I had to fix it, but other than that does its job as advertised!

I bought this scale about a year ago and it works well enough for my purposes (eg scaling bread ingredients, etc) but my biggest qualm with it is that it often shuts off in the middle of scaling something out, screwing up your measurements. This is very frustrating, especially when measuring a liquid.
