Starfrit The Rock C2C Indoor Basketball, (29.5)

If I could give this zero stars I would. We purchased a Rock brand basketball about a decade ago and it has been the absolute best basketball ever. But its very worn down so we decided to buy a new one. Walmart's shipping was fastest so we went that route. What we received was a flat used basketball that will not stay inflated. There is something rattling around inside the ball. The outside of the ball had someone's initial which have been crossed out in Sharpie. This was shipped in an old poptart box with zero original packaging. If I wanted a used basketball I would have gone to Goodwill or eBay. For $60 I expect a functional basketball in original packaging. When I reached out to request a refund or exchange, the only option I was given was a small discount to have the ball repaired locally. Are you kidding me? Next step is reporting this to the BBB.
