Best Pans out there!
I've been using Starfrit "The Rock" pans for about two years. Tossed my caphalon (food started sticking) and the couple of ceramic pans (started chipping). These truly hold up. Added this pan for it's size and I like the shaped sides. Food cooks and sears without sticking. Clean up is nothing more than a quick wipe. Even the dutch oven, you can braise meat for 3-4 hours and the food will slide out and clean up again is an easy quick wipe. Highly Recommend!

My pan was slightly warped
The Rock cookware is the best. But twice I bought this pan and it has a slight warp along the edge. Damage is not significant enough for me to return the pan. It did not include a lid and since the warped area would only effect a seal when using a lid, and I rarely ever use a lid, I will keep the pan, but even though it was on a reduced price, the description did not disclose that it was damaged.
