Helps with dexterity
I was a competitive twirler years ago.. Now I use the baton for dexterity purposes in my hands. Great for physical therapy exercise.

Measure Correctly
I didn't measure correctly and ordered the wrong length. My daughter liked the feel of the baton, but it was way too short. The material is ok, but not the quality needed for competition.

Did not ship in a timely manner. Product received is so thin, it's meant for a small child who is over 5 feet tall. Also, baton felt very unbalanced as weight was not distributed in traditional manner expected. Would not recommend this particular product. Bought this to replace original baton I used years ago. Very disappointed in product.
