Coming from a woman..it's very simple to put together..very sturdy ..just rem to have someone help you put it up…and make sure you hold on to the screws ..because once you drop one if you can't find it there is nooo extras ..I gave it 5 stars because I put it together within 5 mins and the hanging of the mount my husband did..it's very simple just mark your spot for your screws first.. then put mount against your marked spot.then screw into the wood, then give it a tug, use a little strength to make sure it is on there tight .

This item was delivered in time and is perfect, my only complaint is there are no instructions to install! Have not attempted yet and hopefully there will be some info on-line.

This mount was just what we were looking for! Holds our Starlink the way and direction we needed. Only issue was no instructions included in package. However I went back to internet to the purchase store and got them there.

very good quality picture but they didn't tell me I needed a mounting for the unit. I am very happy with the starlink .

Came with NO instructions. Husband fought with it to finally get it where it needed to go. Starlink still not aligned 100% correct but it's close.

I'd give it less than a one but unfortunately that's not an option. I purchased this, it arrived in a big box, the screws and other items were just thrown in the box. Pieces were missing, namely washers, and the box was flimsy and everything inside was falling out of it. I contacted the seller, I have yet to receive a response. The pics on Walmart's page were the only instructions. Nothing was included There were little scrap pieces of foam that I have no idea where they go. I did get it up but it does NOT swivel like advertised. Luckily StarLink is broad enough I can still receive good signal. Pathetic customer service and overall condition of the product.
