Cool Calories is an awesome product. I have a PSSM horse that requires fat to keep his muscles working easier. He only tolerates so much oil in his food, and this is a great product that I can add to his feed so he gets the highest amount of fat. It's easy to use, and he likes the taste. I can't begin to say how much I love this product. Since he's been on it, we've had very few periods of tying up. Without it he was always off and walked strange, even on a low sugar and low starch diet. It's a great product, I would recommend it to eveyone!

We run a rescue and have two old, one was starved... horses. We tried several other fat supplements including horseshine, cocosya etc.. plus alfa pellets and senior feed to no avail. Cool carlories worked the best. Within 30 days there was MAJOR results! We are 60 days in and I think another 30 days days and we'll be where we need to. Only bad part is its a "crystal" sugar type and falls in bottom of the grain feeder. Not good to use with pelleted feeds.. but since I soak the alfa cubes/pellets, its works fine for us. We started high at 6/7 oz, 3oz am and 3oz pm, etc... but it was still super cheap. After 30 days we went to 4oz for the gelding and 3oz for the mare.Still seeing results!

I have been using "Cool Calories" for about two years now. It is actually cheaper than rice bran and other sources of fat labeled for equines because of the much higher percentage of fat. Helps put and keep weight on my "hard keeper" and the rest of my herd looks great. Really puts a shine on their coats too.

I have been feeding this as a top dressing on his grain mash to my pushing 40 years old miniature horse. It has kept him nice and round :) 100% recommend to anyone with a hard keeper. I love that cool calories also is no worry of too much protien, etc being injested by your horse when you have to feed senior feed or such as well.

My senior horse was loosing weight so I put him on cool calories. Since then he has put on enough weight that I can't call him skiny. The first pic is before cool calories the second is 4 weeks and the third is about 6 weeks. I only wish it would have helped his topline more. But overall it did the job.
