Great product!
I wanted to connect an extra monitor to a Lenovo laptop and needed HDMI also. Finally I found this product and it worked like a charm! Very satisfied with it. A nice plus is the extra USB port, I attached my keyboard, mouse, webcam and USB DAC to it through a USB hub and it all works perfectly. StarTech gets on my trusted manufacturer list in case I need more in the future!

Adds a screen to older laptop
I work for a small software development company, and we have couple of USB32HDEH and other StarTech products. These products have been dependable and helped use extend our laptops to 2 & 3 screen system which are vital for business productivity. Just a reminder, these adapter provide graphic performance adequate for Word, Excel, Visual Studio, and business apps. Games and other graphics performance applications will lag and have other quirky malfunctions.

Great adapter
I bought this adapter a month ago and I am very pleased with it. I use this adaptor in conjunction with the USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Adapter - 4K 30Hz (Product ID: USB32HD2) and I have no issues.

it works perfect, the software (downloaded from its web page) is perfectly compatible with windows 10, I recommend it strongly if you want a second HD screen.
