Listen to me carefully, the Trash Can Cookie is the best dive bar that you can spend your money on. They taste exactly like those M&M Cookies that you'd buy at the grocery store, except these are probably a bit better for you. I will buy these bars time and time again.

I hesitated for a long time to try Dive Bars. I decided recently to give them a try and OH MY GOODNESS best tasting protein bars on the market! I heated my first Dump Truck Brownie in microwave for 15 seconds on a plate and ate with a fork.....add some sugar free whipping cream and you have a brownie ala mode!!! RUN, DON'T WAIT..ORDER DIVE BARS TODAY!!! You will not regret it. I reordered after my first bar!

Pro's: Great taste. Texture. NO sugar alcohols. Low sugar. Good protein source. Con's: Pricey for a 2 oz bar. NO "best by date or exp date" anywhere on the packaging. No way to tell freshness of what they're sending. All in all, quality ingredients, small amount of caffeine, will only purchase more if they are on sale. (older stock)

Its pretty difficult to find protein bars that don't use artificial sweeteners. I can't eat artificial sweeteners because they inflame my gut and make me feel like I'm dying. These are very yummy. The only problem is, they have caffeine in them, and I have a stimulant sensitivity. I thought I would just do half a bar, but it seems as though the caffeine is not evenly distributed throughout the bar. Pretty sure the first half only had 10% of the caffeine and the second half of the bar had the other 90%. I was wired through the entire day/night. The half bar method will not work, so unfortunately I am unable to buy these again. It would be great if they started a decaf line. And maybe lowered the price a bit, since there would be less ingredients used. If you like caffeine and a slightly-protein tasting, but delicious, protein bar, then buy these! Shipping was also fast and acceptable!

This protein bar is alright not my favorite

I found these to be a bit of a letdown. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly, though warming it up definitely helped. The flavors all tasted pretty similar to me was well, and the mix-ins were very sparse. My caramel pretzel bar was a completely plain brick, which I believe was a defect. Lastly, every bar I had came in 3-5g short of the supposed 60g weight. Overall, worse texture, flavor, and price than most other protein bars I've tried. I don't really understand all the glowing reviews.

I had read great reviews of these protein bars and was excited to try them.I purchased the started kit and they tasted so bad. They were very sweet and the aftertaste was so bad . I really was hoping to like them to make them part of my health journey but i won't be purchasing anymore. they were do chewy and hard to bite into. Have tasted better tasting protein bars and definitely won't be investing on these anymore.
