Astragalus
Tastes good - as it's an adaptogen, it will take a week or two before I feel effects - just about time for my kayak lesson - it's 60 years since I last kayaked....this is going to be fun!

So far so good.
This is a type of supplement that you would have to take for a lengthy period of time (maybe years) to be able to fully and accurately judge its quality . But what I can say is that it has a really good flavor to it. It tastes earthy and nutty.. quite delicious. It seems to blend very well with fruit juices.

Awesome herb
Great herb I use it like ginseng makes a great tea for that extra boost before work or in the morning. No jitters and works well with my body.
