Great stuff.
Great product. 2nd purchase. Ordered two bags this order
MARVELOUS!!!!! THANK U SWANSON FOR FINALLY CARRYING THIS PRODUCT! I have been purchasing this product for over 2 yrs from another website..This product has helped me a lot with my workouts and my health generally. This green powder is very energizing, filling, nutritious and a VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT way to get your GREEN SUPERFOODS. I usually mixed it in my smoothies or simply in water..it DOES NOT HAVE an overpowering green taste..
I've been using this blend for years. One teaspoon kills heartburn from any heavy meal. Great source of nutrients. Easily mixes into fruit juice. *possible allergens! Since it's a blend of plants, use a 1/4tsp at 1st to see if you have a reaction
All Starwest products are both economical and very good quality. I regularly order this, as well as their ginger and tumeric bulk packages.
The best product ever... Quality greens an affordable price
I looked for this several places. It's a go-to for my morning smoothie. Blends well, good flavor.
In the Swanson's list of ingredients for this product organic ginkgo leaf is listed. There is no organic ginkgo leaf in this product as listed on the package or from the Starwest Botanicals site. I usually drink wheat grass juice powder, and found this mix more bitter. It could be the barley grass. I can definitely taste the spinach, too. Wheat grass juice powder is a brighter green, whereas this is a more olive color. Once again, I'm thinking that it's because it is a blend.
I bought 2 of these packages one for me and one for my nice (she probably will write her own review) I'm convinced that all the ingredients that they claim on the label is only a bunch cheap powder minerals and vitamins is so heavy on this bulk that separates in a glass of water goes all the way to the bottom of the glass, (rock minerals) the organic good stuff, that they mention if ANY, is not be seen or even taste.. The green color and terrible taste comes from the kelp powder which is very un expensive product, Needless to say that after going through almost all the bag I have not notice any difference or health benefits, this is a total waste of money. someone told me once don't buy things in powder form as you don't know what you are really getting, Boy! end up being true.
