Perfect size for quick, potent tea!
Astragalus is evidently one of the best herbs you can take. One Youtuber said it regenerates stem cells! Anyway, I'm sold on it, and this is the perfect size -- not a powder that's lost its potency and not too big so that it takes forever simmering to get the most out of it. I make tea out of it every other day now, religiously.
