This is an excellent product. I've tried lots of Fenugreek supplements and decided to switch to the Fenugreek itself. This product is amazing. It is so powerful, you will smell it coming out of your pores when you take it. I decided to sprout my seeds for all the great benefits that come with sprouting. This makes it easy to toss in a smoothie/protein shake etc. Just soak it in CLEAN water for 48 + hours and change the water once/day.

I got more than I bargained for with this purchase. I wanted to use ground fenugreek in tea rather than take capsules, and this is awesome! No added chemicals or fillers. Very effective in my morning herbal tea "cocktail". I love it!

I chew on raw Fenugreek Seeds (about a flat spoon) 3 times a day , it is a good taste + breath freshner+it is good for the skin, I use it as overall tonic support, nothing specific but generally it is good for me.

I put a tablespoon of seeds in 2 cups water and heat to steaming; breathe in the steam. Great for the lungs. The seeds also make great sprouts.

To me, organic seeds means that they will sprout. When I got them, they looked darker than usual, toasted. When I put them in water to sprout they just swelled and became slimy. I must say that the toasting does reduce the natural bitterness of fenugreek, but I usually sprout the seeds and use them in salad. Swanson should label theses seeds as toasted organic fenugreek seeds.

I bought these because they say they are organic and from a company in Southern California. I have been sprouting Fenugreek seeds for YEARS. They are wonderful on a salad. I have never had a problem with fenugreek seeds not sprouting. These seeds don't sprout, they are dead! If they really were organic and not tampered with they would be vital and sprout. They have been irradiated to death or something crossing borders. If you sprout your own seeds, don't waste your money on these! Swansons ~ you should dump this product!

This product has been sitting, there was a huge clump in this bag and there are tiny holes in the bag, making it unusable. Sending it back. Though happy with previous brand, thought I'd try a different on this time around. Guess it wasn't meant to be. I was going to just have it replaced with another bag however they are all out of product.
