I like to brew it but it is recommended to grind the berries before brewing. It is very tasty and calming upset stomach. I use it as food for kombucha fermentation, the combination is great for my overall feeling once I drink it every morning.

My naturopath recommended it as a tea. I am not a fan of its taste. It leaves an oily residue on the surface of the "tea", but it's supposed to be like that, I believe. Not sure if it helped, too...the packaging is big.
