Wanted to compare to the Saigon cinnamon been using for years. There is a different taste but a softer one. Have used in oatmeal and in baking. Bought a pound so will last awhile.

Looking for the anti-inflammatory benefits and I think it's working. Only problem is getting this stuff to dissolve into fluid. So far the only way that I have found to ingest it, mix it into yogurt. Tried coffee, but it ruins the taste of coffee.

I had read that Ceylon Cinnamon was a higher grade of cinnamon. I love cinnamon and have used it every day for many years, and was looking forward to trying the top of the line. What I found was that the Ceylon variety did not have either the aroma or the taste of regular cinnamon. It is very light with both aroma and taste. The medical benefits may be greater, but I didn't get what I had looked forward to trying.

This does not even smell like it has any cinnamon in it. is not a powder. it is gritty not powder.
