Toning to the next level!
I received this video in three days. I did it and my legs and arms and everything in between was hurting the very next day and four days after that. The moves are simple, but you will notice how effective they are. I would recommend this to anyone, all fitness levels, you will feel the burn!

Great Buy!
I have several of Tracy's videos and have been doing them for a couple of years. This video is the best that she has released yet. She is instructive and engaging unlike her other videos. I felt like I got a great workout and found that this video left me a little sore afterwards. Tracy broke her 3lb only rule and used some 5 lb weights and used ankle weights which I didn't mind and actually liked. Planning on doing this workout again today!

feel the burn without the weights
This workout at first might seem silly but once you're into it for several minutes you begin to feel it and realize how challenging it is. Tracy doesn't explain things well so you have to as she says keep doing it until you get use to it. Great workout and you will feel the burn.

This a great toning dvd !i just love tracy anderson she has help me change my body the arm part is a killer but worth every minute of it and a great price on walmart.com!
