This mini Dutch oven is both functional and beautiful. It's the perfect size for individual servings or small sides, and it presents so nicely when brought straight to the table. I love this petite cocotte! It's just like the big ones with beautiful finishes but petite in size.

These elegant mini cocottes are perfect for cooking up a single egg when making breakfast sandwiches and I've used them to hold dipping sauces or other small items to enhance charcuterie board presentation. I will likely purchase a few more to have enough for preparing individual side dishes when entertaining guests.

I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spikes are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.

This little pot is made exactly the same as my 5.5 quart, except in an adorable, single serving size. Individually enameled, same durable black matte inside and self basting lid. Because cast iron holds its temperature so well, these are making for making indivdual dishes. Nothing makes someone feel more special than their own serving of a mac or cheese or au gratin potato. But my very favorite thing to bake in these are molten chocolate cakes. They come out perfect everytime and I love how they stay warm for my guests.

I had weight loss surgery, and these are absolutely perfect for post-recovery meals. I prepped a variety of dishes in advance and could easily pop them into the oven when it was time to eat. Now that I'm fully recovered, I use them to serve individual portions of sides like casseroles, mac and cheese, and more. The quality is exactly what you'd expect from Staub, and these are so much better than the ceramic style from their competitor. The presentation is great for entertaining, and everyone loves having their own personal cocotte to eat from!

Ii really enjoy doing a single lava cake or other dessert.
