A bit pricey, but definitely sturdy and it works great for our steaks and other meat.

This pan is wonderful. I had been looking at one for years. I finally found one and I love the way it cooks and how easy it is to maintain and clean up!

This is an excellent grilling pan and is my goto cooking method when I can't grill outside on my Big Green Egg. It's very heavy to handle with one hand even for a larger man like me. I do wish the grill lines were rotated 90 degrees from where they are in relation to the handle because it's difficult to scoop juices and melted butter on to meat as it cooks. I would also like to see a glass lid as an option Clean-up was relatively simple considering it is cast iron.

Great sized grill pan. Best grill marks, better than a barbeque. Staub is perfect for indoor grilling. No seasoning required, and cast iron heats evenly, and maintains heat. We use this pan several times a week, for chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetables. Easy clean up. Learned to place oil on the food, not on the pan. This method prevents sticking and keeps spaces between the grids mess free. Also oven safe, so I often start thick pieces of meat on the cooktop, and finish cooking in the oven, just like the restaurants. Great for spatchcock chicken too.

Seers and cooks meet to perfect tenderness and great flavor. Clean up is a breeze. Can't wait to try the grill press we purchased with it.

Not only is it incredibly beautiful with the deep rich colors, but it does an awesome job at indoor grilling. The cast iron heats up to smoking hot, key for great grilling and the enameled interior browns perfectly but also releases nicely. I love grilling burgers and vegetables but it's perfect for paninis as well. Heirloom quality; I'm sure to pass it down to the next generation.

Everything I make on it tastes amazing and the grill marks make it look beautiful. It's a bit of a workout cause it is cast iron but well worth considering the food turns out fantastic.
