This is the perfect kitchen tool for re-heating a single serving for lunch, melting butter, etc. I can't live without this now! It retains heat so well and the lid fits perfectly to maintain moisture. Cannot recommend it enough!

Nothing beats my Staub cookware. Nothing even comes close. I use all of my pieces and they are all equally fabulous when it comes to consistently outstanding results. I use them for everything, including keeping salads fresh in the fridge!

It's such a perfect pot.

I have a few larger Staub pots. I love the enameled cast iron. I love not having to season them and how much easier they clean than traditional cast iron. The heat retention is great. I love this smaller one for sauces. It holds temperature throughout service and is easy to reheat on the stovetop or in the oven.

The color tone of the cover is little different than the pot body for my product. Wish there is a see through fireproof and shatter-proof glass window on the cover allowing me the check the food during cooking/heating process without open it. Overall love this cute pot.
