Staub Cast Iron 3-qt Artichoke Cocotte - Basil

Gorgeous piece! High quality, interesting shape that I found to be perfect for baking a half ham and keeping the moisture in. Really beautiful and unique piece of cookware that I can't wait to serve with for Thanksgiving.

I have bought several Staub seconds and I can't tell what's wrong with them! My “visible imperfections” artichoke cocotte looks perfect to me! Love it!

With visual imperfections, you roll the dice. I looked through many posts and saw the variations of what could arrive - I was fine with any since function is guaranteed. My artichoke arrived with 2 minor blemishes. One grooved scratch on the edge of a handle and a tiny mark on the edge of the base. Even with these, she's perfect! I switched out the knob - they have many knob options and I'd highly recommend since it adds form to function. Overall am very pleased and can't wait for it to make an appearance on my Thanksgiving table!!!

It's gorgeous! Can't wait to use it. It will be my official artichoke dip pot. Hope it's appreciated in my family in future generations.

This is a great piece. There is only one small imperfection that is hardly noticeable and will not affect cooking in the least.

This gorgeous cat iron is a great addition to our kitchen as it's functional and beautiful. We love to show it off to guests by serving meals from this. I'm also building floating shelves to hold it.

there's big portion of basil color is missing on the pot. I ordered a few past years with second quality sales, they were all acceptable imperfection but this time this is really drives me nuts! The discolor is way too big and too noticeable. Really sad about it.
