Staub - Cast Iron 7-qt Oval Cocotte - Grenadine

Perfect and timely for my winter roasts and stews!

This is a stunning addition to my kitchen. I added the lobster knob and it really does wow! It cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze. Additionally, I had some pre order interactions with customer service and that team was gracious and competent. Pleased with the entire experience.

This is the best pot! I love staub! This pot is very versatile, and can easily fit a chicken with room for lots of veggies. I usually use my French oven pot for roasting chicken, but this offers room for more vegetables. We have also been able to cook a Turkey breast in it, with room for stuffing. I can't wait to try cooking coq au vin, and bresole in it!

Fantastic product - great looking and great cooking - the first cook was Coq au vin and the searing / browning was done with ease - deglazed and braised all in one vessel. When it's not being used to cook- its a nice display piece with the Staub rooster knob.

I absolutely love this piece. I have wanted it for years and we finally splurged and got it for my birthday. I have used it twice and it does not disappoint. Not only does it cook beautifully but it's a gorgeous addition to my kitchen.

You can't beat the quality of these pots. They cook evenly and I love how the lid basted the food while cooking. I can go from stove to grill as well. This is my 2nd purchase of a Staub pot.

Like our 4qt Staub, the 7qt oval model is made very well. And the shape makes roasting chickens doable. Very good product that'll last a lifetime. :)

The 7 qt oval cocotte is a great choice because it can hold a lot. It's a perfect size for roasts because of the oval shape and is roomy for big quantities of soups, stews, chilis and casseroles. The black matte interior coating provides superior browning and easy clean up. I just cleaned up mine from a cheesy mess and the cheese literally wiped away easily with soap and a sponge...no worries about "seasoning" the interior it doesn't need to be so you can use soapy water for clean up!
